1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Engage, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and verifiable information upon registration. Engage reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms or found using misleading, automated, or duplicate identities.
3. Campaign Participation and Reward Earning
Users earn money by participating in two types of campaigns:
4. Applying to Join Campaigns
Users must apply to participate in campaigns. Only after approval can content be submitted. Campaign owners have the right to accept or reject any application or submitted work.
5. Platform Funding and Brand Access
Brands and advertisers can launch campaigns on Engage by funding reward pools in advance. Engage facilitates secure distribution of those funds based on campaign performance and participation.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must not use fake views, bots, or deceptive means to inflate engagement. Content must comply with legal standards and platform rules. Violation may lead to account termination and withheld earnings.
7. Platform Rights
Engage may modify reward amounts, eligibility criteria, and campaign rules at any time. We also reserve the right to remove content or users that violate the spirit or rules of the community.
8. Payments and Withdrawals
Earnings from campaigns can be withdrawn once verified and approved. The Platform may delay or cancel payments if fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
9. Limitation of Liability
Engage is not liable for lost earnings due to technical issues, external platform errors (e.g., social media outages), or delays caused by third-party services.
10. Amendments to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of Engage means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in Nigeria.
